The Laws of Guyana

The Ministry of Legal Affairs offers a range of legal services to the general public. It also provides e-copies of the Laws of Guyana (updated up to the latest L.R.O)

Visit the Land Registry

The Land Registry is principally responsible for the Administration of Titled Land under the Land Registry Act, Cap 5:02

The Parliament of Guyana

The Parliament of Guyana is responsible for passing legislation. It provides e-copies of draft bills as well as subsidiary legislation

The GRA

The Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) is the primary tax and duties collector on behalf of the Government. They offer a range of licensing and other services

The Caribbean Court of Justice is the Final Appellate Court for Guyana. The Court is also charged with the Interpretation of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas
